Social and Labour Convergence Project (SLCP)


We were one of the first signatories of SLCP. Since 2019,  we've saved over 26,496 human hours of audit time and established a unified assessment framework.

We have successfully achieved 84% implementation of SLCP. This falls short of our 100% goal by 2025. We remain committed to advancing standardization and adoption of singular audit processes. Although our goal to achieve 100% is dependent on adoption across the value chain.

A robust Occupational Health and Safety Management (OHSM) system which adheres to national and international standards. This helps ensure employee safety and well-being.  

Training and Awareness

Extensive safety and awareness training programs are provided to empower our workforce to minimize risks at the workplace. Comprehensive checklists and guidelines ensure safety protocols are followed. We implement Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) to identify potential hazards, evaluate the risks they pose, and implement effective control measures.
