Women’s Health

Shahi is a member of the UNFPA's Coalition for Reproductive Justice in Business and holds the Reproductive Health Champions Seal, which recognises companies that integrate women's health into their core business strategy. Our key action areas are: 1. Prevention of Gender-Based Violence and Harassment (GBVH) and measuring the effectiveness of reporting and intervention for a safe workspace. 2. Creating Maternal & Family-Friendly Workplaces by providing pre- and post-natal support, maternity leave and creche facilities for working parents. 3. Support for Menstrual & Menopausal Health through awareness programs, access to hygiene products and support to reduce health-related barriers.
